The question was posed, so here starts the test. I know aloe is a very hardy plant that does very well in high water areas so my theory is it will do great in WaterBeads. I haven’t thought about doing it till I was asked the question as I have tons of it in my yard.
Just the day before I had removed two baby walkers attempting to make their way into a normal walking path and transplanted them into a pot to get a better root base before deciding where to let them live. So, when I got the question, I said, “I have the perfect candidates for my test”.
|Now, it has only been two days, and aloe can survive for quite some time out of a normal element. They are looking great and fit right in around their tall and slender neighbor of bamboo. Check back next month and I will do a follow up post with pictures to see a true answer to the question.|
